Ibis Styles Ambassador Seoul Gangnam Hotel, Seoul

The hotel's rooms are not ideal for long stays as they are very small and showed signs of wear and tear, with scratches and stains on the walls. Breakfast was repetitive with the same options every day. Despite these drawbacks, the staff was very welcoming, kind, and professional, demonstrating good English skills and attentiveness to our needs. The location is excellent, especially for dining and drinks in the vibrant Gangnam area after business meetings.

The hotel is mainly suitable for budget business travelers with small rooms in need of renovation. The hotel offers polite service, but lacks knowledge of certain amenities. Its excellent location near transportation and the convention center is a major highlight, though the dining experience may not be worth the price paid.

My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms were very clean and modern, but unfortunately, they were quite small, which made it a bit challenging to move around comfortably. The service provided by the staff was exceptional, with everyone being very helpful and friendly. The location was convenient, close to various attractions and with easy access to important places like the Coex convention center. The dining options were decent, nothing extraordinary but satisfactory for a short stay or business trip.
